Debra Campbell is a partner and the Chief Operating Officer at Hudson River Group. Debra joined the company in 2002, bringing a wealth of experience in brand management, marketing, and strategy. For over 15 years, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies to bring increased value to their marketing budgets. Currently, her primary role at Hudson River Group focuses on business development and both operations and financial management.
Prior to HRG, Debra was responsible for brand management at Procter & Gamble and served as President of the American Consulting Group for 6 years. She holds a B.S. in Business/Marketing from the University of Arizona and an M.B.A with a concentration in Marketing from Harvard Business School.
Originally from Arizona, Debra has a fondness for the Southwest and collects sculpture, art, and jewelry.
Sean founded the Hudson River Group in 1989, and from its modest beginnings – one employee and two clients – has built the company into the world’s premier consulting organization dedicated to the measurement and optimization of marketing effectiveness.
Since the beginning, Sean has been actively involved in overseeing the company’s analytic innovation and development efforts and is credited with helping to pioneer the marketing mix modeling industry in the United States. His commitment to high quality, relevant, and actionable analyses is reflected in all of HRG’s work today.
Sean began his career in the product management ranks at General Foods. Sean worked in the Corporate Development Division where he was responsible for developing and managing marketing programs for innovative new products such as Pop Rocks.
Among Sean’s personal passions are photography, wine, and fine dining. He is an accomplished cook. In 2000, he founded Rocky Top Press, which publishes, prints, and distributes his photographic works, many of which focus on the landscape of the American Southwest.
Mark Stone is the Managing Director of Analytics and Client Services at Hudson River Group and has been with the company since 2000. Mark’s creativity and numerical prowess have established him as a respected industry leader. During his time at HRG, Mark has played a primary role in managing hundreds of successful projects with high-profile clients. As head of analytics, Mark is responsible for all strategic data and modeling decisions as well as developing the insights from the HRGPUMTM benchmark database. Mark is a graduate of the University of Southampton in England, where he studied Politics & International Relations.
Having grown up in England, Mark still loves to cheer on his “favourite” football team – Bristol Rovers.
Catie MacKinlay is a Manager of Advanced Analytics at Hudson River Group. Working at the company since 2010, Catie has extensive data science experience for a variety of companies, ranging from specialty retailers to financial software. She oversees day-to-day client communications and company marketing as well as implementing new modeling processes. Catie is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania, where she concentrated in Marketing and Finance.
Catie has competed in the winter sport of curling for 20 years and recently got her husband into the sport as well!
Calin Panzar is the Director of Analytics R&D at Hudson River Group. Since joining in 2009, his interest in large data visualization resulted in the creation of HRG’s dedicated business intelligence group. The cutting-edge BI tools developed for HRGLive™ bolster our industry-leading client support. Calin’s further passion for process efficiency and automation expanded his role into the development of powerful analysis tools and attribution capabilities, supporting HRG’s dedication to client-tailored custom analytics. Calin holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Binghamton University and a M.S. in Statistics from Baruch College.
He and his wife are avid adventurers, even climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro on their honeymoon!
Casey Cummins joined Hudson River Group in 2003 and currently serves as a Managing Director of Client Services. Casey has over a decade of experience in handling extensive projects for today’s largest retailers, understanding all components of marketing strategy and outside factors impacting each client. Her analytics expertise and eye for detail have been instrumental in maintaining longstanding client relationships. Casey is a graduate of the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, with concentrations in Marketing and Finance.
When she is not managing projects or mentoring younger employees, you can find her with her husband caring for their young daughter.
